Tabletop Easel

Tabletop Easel provides easy access to thousands of easels and art supplies online through our affiliates, sponsors, and advertisers. Additionally, we  provide information and product resources, such as Prismacolor Pencils, for creative artists of all levels.  Because drawing is the foundation for building visual art expression and skill, students in particular will benefit from tips and guides offered on this website.

Our editor, Brenne Meirowitz, BA, MS, MA earned her degrees from the University of Texas, Pratt Institute, and Tyler School of Art at Temple University. Her major fields of study were Modern European Intellectual History, Art & Design Education, and Fine Art.  Therefore, the advice and tips offered by Tabletop Easel comes from a recognized and experienced working artist.

While working on her MA (2004-2007), she taught undergraduate classes in Art History, Studio Art, Music, and History at the University of Texas at Dallas. After graduating from Pratt Institute in 2002, Brenne worked as an art teacher at Westhampton Beach Elementary School, taught Hebrew school at the Jewish Center of the Hamptons, and worked as an art teacher at the Parrish Art Museum in Southampton, New York.  She also offers private art lessons.
